In this Privacy and Cookies Policy, capitalized words are given the following meaning:

§ 1
Basis, purpose and scope of Personal Data processing
1. The User may transfer his personal data to the Administrator by means of the Newsletter form available on the Website. The legal basis for the processing of the User’s personal data is his consent.
2. The User’s personal data controller is the Administrator.
3. The data transferred to the Administrator as part of the subscription form for the newsletter are processed in order to send the newsletter to the User.
4. The Administrator provides the User with the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.
5. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
6. Personal data are collected with due dilligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons. The Administrator has high-level security of the Website and extensive Security Policy, which regulates internal procedures for the protection of personal data processed against unauthorized access.
7. The User has the following rights:
a) the right to request access to his data, their rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer and the right to withdraw the consent to data processing,
b) the right to object to the processing,
c) the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
8. The Administrator hereby informs the User that he entrusts the processing of personal data to FreshMail Sp. z o.o., Al. 29 Listopada No. 155 c, 31-406 Cracow - in order to use the Fresh Mail mailing system for sending the newsletter.
§ 2
Technologies, Cookies, Server Logs
1. The Administrator uses cookies, that is, small text information, stored on the User’s device, from which he logged to the Administrator’s website.
2. Cookies may be read by the Administrator’s IT system, while the Administrator stores cookies on the User’s device and gains access to information contained therein, to ensure proper operation of the Website.
3. The Administrator hereby informs the User that the User may set the blockage for storing cookies on the User’s device in his Internet browser. However, in such situation, there may be problems with proper operation of the Website on the User’s device.
4. The Administrator hereby informs the User that he uses the following technologies to track actions taken by the User within the Website:

6. The Administrator also informs that the use of the Website is associated with sending inquiries to the server, on which the Website is stored.
7. Each inquiry addressed to the server is saved in server logs. Logs include, among others, User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the Internet browser and operating systems used by the User. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
8. The data stored in server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
9. Server logs are only an auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.
10. The Administrator informs that he uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system in data transmission.
